How to clean an oven.

The frequency with which you clean your oven is determined by how frequently you use it. Scrub it once every three months as a general rule of thumb. If you don't use your oven very often (say, once or twice a month), cleaning it once or twice a year should enough.

Spray the whole inside of your oven with an oven cleaner and let it sit for an hour. Scrub off everything with a sponge or use a scraper for areas that might be a bit harder to loosen up.

Alternatively spray the inside of your oven with water and apply a baking soda paste (Mix half a cup of baking soda with half a cup of water until a spreadable paste forms.).

Let the paste sit overnight and scrub it off with a wet sponge. Use scraper in problem areas.
